We offer programming, coaching, and gym space for club teams and varsity High School teams looking to improve strength and speed in the off-season.  We also offer in-season training for teams looking to stay strong and healthy throughout the season.

in-house: At our facility

Bring your team to Primal’s state-of-the-art facility for their off-season or in-season training.  Our facility includes a large turf area for speed and agility as well as a weight room for strength.  In the off season, we focus on strength and speed development, with high tempo sessions that will foster growth and competition. Sessions can be done in the weight room, on the turf, or a combination of the two.

We come to you

Our certified performance coaches will connect with you to set up a training plan for your team.  Our programming will be tailored to your team’s sport and needs, whether they be in-season or off-season.

Our coaches will help bring the best out of your players, physically and mentally. We are able to help athletes who might be working through aches and pains in season, while providing a competitive environment for teams preparing in the off-season.
