Our team of performance professionals is dedicated to providing high quality training for athletes of all ages. Our coaches have undergone rigorous certifications and extensive internships, and have years of experience working with athletes and the general population. Get to know the mentors who will help guide you to success on and off the field.
Harry Glor
Qualifications: BS, Pn1
At Primal:

Prior to opening Primal’s doors in 2021, Harry worked for Landow Performance as a Sports Performance Coach and completed two internships in sports performance, working with athletes from middle school to the professional level.
Harry received his Bachelors in Human Science and pre-med from Georgetown University, where he also received 1st Team All-Academic Patriot League honors as a Wide Receiver on the football team.
In high school, Harry was a four-sport varsity letter earner, receiving all-league honors in Football, Basketball, Golf, and Track.
He has held certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Precision Nutrition. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, skiing, and reading.
Alex Ordaz
Qualifications: BS, CSCS-RSCC, USAW3
At Primal:
Sports Performance Coach
Director of Middle School Performance

Prior to joining Primal in 2021, Alex received his B.S. in Exercise Science and Human Performance from Metro State University of Denver and has over six years of coaching experience.
He holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting, and has completed internships in Strength and Conditioning with Major League Baseball and in a Physical Therapy setting.
Alex competed in the 100m and 4x100m in High School, and is a national level competitor in Olympic Weightlifting, most recently taking 1st Place in his class at the 2023 Mountain North Conference.
In his free time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, lifting weights, and spending time with friends.
Catharine Fortino
Qualifications: BS, MS, CSCS, USAW1
At Primal:
Sports Performance Coach
Director of Nutrition

Prior to joining Primal in 2023, Cat received her B.S. in Dietetics from Michigan State University (Dean’s List) and her M.S in Clinical Dietetics from Grand Valley State University.
She has worked as a personal trainer and Registered Dietician, including time as a Transformation Coach at CU Anschutz in their Health and Wellness Program.
She holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, and the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
Cat competed in Varsity Track and Varsity Poms in high school, and today she is a competitive Olympic Weightlifter.
In her free time, you can find her lifting, hiking, and snowboarding with friends.
