1-on-1 training

New to our program? Start off with 2-3 personal training sessions to ease into our workouts and get comfortable with the movements before joining the group.

Additionally, our 1-on-1 sessions are a great compliment to group training, allowing you to focus on specific skills, providing personalized feedback for your growth.

When they both started there they each had an individual assessment and conversation with the trainers to determine each athletes goals. Both kids got separate programs to support their individual sports and individual goals (son baseball, daughter is a swimmer). During the evaluation, we will discuss your goals, injury history, and expectations, and take you through our testing protocol and a 1-on-1 workout, so we can tailor a program to your needs and goals.
