Middle School (6th-8th grade)
4th & 5th graders can join following an initial evaluation
We’re committed to providing a competitive, supportive atmosphere for motivated young athletes looking to improve their speed and strength. With small group sizes, expect high quality coaching and an emphasis on long-term athletic development.

Emphasizing competition, teamwork, and long-term athletic development, our program embodies our three pillars: Ownership, Courage, and Intent.
With certified coaches and a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, athletes learn proper technique and essential life lessons.
Sessions start with 30 minutes of speed and agility, followed by 30 minutes of strength training, targeting key movement patterns including squats, lunges, deadlifts, rotational movements, carries, pushes, and pulls.
1-on-1 training
New athletes start off with 2-3 personal training sessions with one of our coaches so they can get comfortable with the movements and structure of the workouts before joining the small group setting.
Our 1-on-1 sessions are also a great compliment to group training, allowing you to focus on specific skills, providing personalized feedback for your growth.
How It WOrks

To get started, fill out our New Athlete Form. We will reach out within 48 hours to set up your in-person evaluation.
02. Evaluation
During the evaluation, we will discuss your goals, injury history, and expectations, and take you through our testing protocol and a 1-on-1 workout.
03. Get started
We’ll get you set up to join our Middle School program, and you are on your way! If you opt for 1-on-1 training, we will get you scheduled to work with one of our performance coaches.
